 Here is an overall view of our new master control room. We apologize for the poor pictures. This room was finished in the spring of 2007. The old master control room has now been turned over to our switching/dubbing room.  This is the master control operator's desk. Here the master control operator that is currently on duty would sit here and manage all three of our broadcasting channels (3, 15, 21). The computer to the right allows the operator to control playback decks, slate displays, and routing switchers (in the switch room). An intercom (located on the left on the edge of the desk) allows the operator to stay in contact with the director in the control room during live broadcasts. This is used frequently on Tuesdays when Wilkes World does their weekly broadcast live.  This is our audio console. Here is where all the audio for our broadcast channel 15 to Service Electric Cable gets processed. |
