The following is a listing of all the individuals that work down at the Shelburne Television Studio (Wilkes University TV 15).
Dr. Mark Stine
 Dr. Mark Stine is a professor of Communication Studies at Wilkes University and the executive producer of Wilkes World. During the semesters here at Wilkes, he teaches a number of courses includeing basic video class, advanced video class, digital video editing, etc. He is also in charge of the Wilkes University Radio Station WCLH. Carl Brigido
 Carl Brigido is the Chief Engineer for the Shelburne Telecommunications Center, and also serves as an advisor for the shows produced there.
Brigido was instrumental in starting the precursor to the Shelburne Center in the 1980s, when the television studio occupied two rooms in the Stark Learning Center. He was also responsible for the set-up of the Shelburne Center and the installation of the studio's equipment. His expertise in broadcast engineering has also been used to help design private studios in the area.
He has been the faculty advisor for the student-run "Wilkes World" (originally known as Wilkes Today) since the show's creation in the 1980s, and has also been the advisor for past shows such as "Wilkes Whiz," "WOW!," and "The Edge."
Prior to coming to Wilkes University, Brigido worked for WVIA-TV and the Hahnermann Network as a broadcast engineer.
